Stirling County u15  7 – 67  Linlithgow u15

Saturday 24 March 2018

The Young Reds added another fine away win as they played some great rugby to run out big winners at Bridgehaugh in Stirling. They scored eight tries in the first half and three in the second. Ollie, on his return from his shoulder injury, kicked 6 conversions. The boys played really well following the game plan to the letter.

First half tries came from Alex after 2 minutes, Ross after 4, Aaron after 8, Charlie after 16, Ross after 19, Charlie after 23, Ross after 25 and Aaron after 28. Ollie kicked 5 conversions.

The second half saw Stirling bring some players across from their other u15 squad and this made the match tighter, however the young Reds added three more tries through Callum E, Aaron and Callum M, with Ollie kicking one conversion. Stirling County claimed a consolation converted try in mid-half.

Well done to everyone again who turned out, especially the S2 boys Ross and Oisin. The u15s also welcomed Cameron A into their squad for his first match with the team.
