Registration Weekend 2020

Club Registration Weekend

Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August

Given the current restrictions this will be a rather different Registration Weekend than usual. We will be open between 9am and 2-30pm on both Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August. Copies of the new 50th anniversary book will also be on sale in the Clubhouse and a Club Merchandise stall will be on site on the Sunday.

New Online Registration

This season we are introducing a new online Membership system. Clubforce are an Irish company with extensive experience across a range of sports in Ireland and are now growing in Scotland. The system, and the ‘app’ that comes with it, have a wide range of potential applications of which we intend to make good use in the coming months. We are starting with member registration and we are sending a letter to all existing members, asking them to help start this process. New members can also register online – here is a link to the letter going out to existing members.

We are asking people to register online and then come along this weekend to check everything’s worked OK and to pick up their membership booklet. We will also be on hand to help members with queries or with any issues with which we can help. If you are uncertain regarding membership categories, don’t worry we can help out. Please note that membership rates remain unchanged from last season and that for many people FAMILY membership offers discounts over multiple individual memberships. In addition, if you are a 2020 member, your membership package has now ended and you will need to resume normal membership.

Registration in Indoor Training Centre

We will be using the Indoor Training Centre and a simple scheduling system, based on training times, to avoid overcrowding and to help maintain social distancing. If you can’t  manage within the requested timeslot, don’t worry, we can accommodate a few at times that suit you better. Those who register on the Saturday may return on the Sunday to view the Club merchandise.

We are asking everyone who attends to enter through the front door and proceed along the length of the Indoor Training Centre corridor and on to the pitch through the usual access point. Someone will be on hand to direct you ensuring that distancing and hand sanitising is maintained. You will be asked to check-in, leaving your name and a contact number. Exit will be by the roller shutter door on the pitchside.

We will have coffee and biscuits available from the Clubhouse Lounge and the patio doors will be open to the outside enclosed area. Please stay away from the pitches, as youth training will be taking place on both days. Youth players should abide by the entry and exit processes that are now well established.
