Membership Renewal and Player Registration 2021-22

Online Membership Registration System and APP

Last season we introduced a new online Membership system. Clubforce are an Irish company with extensive experience across a range of sports in Ireland and are now growing in Scotland. The system, and the ‘app’ that comes with it, have a wide range of potential applications of which we are starting to make good use. Existing members will have received an email and a notification on the APP to renew their Club membership now. You can pay your annual fees upfront or spread over 10 months.

New members should register online:

1.Click link to Linlithgow Rugby Club home page on Clubforce or download the Clubforce ‘app’.

2. Click on Linlithgow Rugby Club Ltd Club Membership – Pay Membership

3. Select membership category and add to basket

4. Create a Clubforce account (contact info, email and password)

5. Complete Linlithgow Rugby Club online membership form

6. Add card for payment (either full or instalments for some plans)

7. Your Club Membership is now complete and you should shortly receive a confirming email.

Existing Members

If you are already a member and registered last season, then you will only be asked to confirm your contact details, rather than enter them again.

Membership Rates for Season 2021-22

Membership fees have been held at the same level as last season. For individual membership, there are two options for payment – an upfront single payment or a monthly payment paid over 10 months.

Family Membership

FAMILY members will be entitled to discounted rates for second and third children. Family membership rates are calculated on the number of registered children, taking into account the difference in fees for Wee Reds Micros (P1 to P3) compared with the fees for Wee Reds Minis (P4 to P7) and Young Reds (S1 to U18). Discounts are then applied appropriately according to the table below:

Hardship cases are eligible for discount if approved by either the Director of Rugby or the Director of Youth Rugby.

For all player registration and membership queries please contact Jean McKeown.

Linlithgow Rugby Football Club’s prime purpose shall be the promotion of the practice, play and development of Rugby Football.  The Membership of the Club is open to all and no application for Membership of the Club shall be refused on other than reasonable grounds.  New members are always welcome and should contact Jean.

Player Registration

In line with Scottish Rugby policies, all players at Linlithgow RFC are required to register as players. The club will register all new players with the SRU player registration system. Players already registered with other clubs can complete a transfer to Linlithgow RFC – again the club will initiate this.

The SRU player registration system provides a unique identification number for each player based on surname and date of birth.
