Return to Level 3 for West Lothian
What it means at a glance:

The return to Level 3 for West Lothian, means that the Wee Reds and the Young Reds can get back to playing touch rugby and drills involving 1 on 1 tackles. All squads intend to have a run out before Christmas and the rough schedule can be viewed here.
Wee Reds Micros
Sunday 13th December on Upper Mains Park at 11am, resuming after Christmas on Sunday 10th January (time and venue tbc)
Wee Reds Minis
Sunday 13th December and possibly Sunday 20th December at Kettilstoun, resuming after Christmas on Sunday 10th January at Kettilstoun.
Following a full risk assessment, the Wee Reds P6s will participate in a trial training session on the indoor 3G pitch on Wednesday 16th December at 7pm.
Saturday 12th December in the morning – S1s and S2s at Kettilstoun, S3s at Upper Mains Park, then all three squads (S1, S2 and S3) on the 3G at Kettilstoun on Wednesday 16th December.
S1, S2 and S3 resume training after break on Wednesday 6th January on the 3G at Kettilstoun.
Joint U16 / U18 training on Lower Mains Park on Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th December, resuming on either Tuesday 5th or Thursday 7th January.
The Reds – adult training
Special fun session (rugby rounders) on the afternoon of Saturday 19th December on Upper Mains Park.
School of Rugby Resumes
This will resume next week and in January a Girls’ School of Rugby at the Academy will start up.
